Experience an unforgettable toboggan ride on one of Salzburg’s most beautiful toboggan runs! Our 1.5 km long natural toboggan run is illuminated at night and offers wonderful views of the imposing Hochkönig massif during the day. Everyone’s guaranteed to get their money's worth, because the toboggan run is lots of fun for the young and the young at heart.
Highlight for chalet guests: Due to its ideal location on our alpine pasture, you can enjoy our alpine wellness treatments after tobogganing.
From the valley you can hike up to us in half an hour. In our rustic and cosy hut you can fortify yourself with delicious delicacies from our alpine kitchen before returning to the valley on the toboggan. Of course, an award-winning schnapps from our distillery before you set off is a must.
We attach great importance to the safety of tobogganers and our natural toboggan run. To ensure that your tobogganing experience remains unforgettable, the track is prepared several times a day with a special machine by Chef Heinrich himself. In winter, the entire toboggan run is closed to cars and we are only accessible on foot.
If you don't have your own toboggan, we'll be happy to help out. For a rental fee of €4, you can hire a sledge from us and then whizz down into the valley either alone or in pairs. After the ride, simply park the sledge at the end of the track. Chef Heinrich will take care of returning the toboggans.
